Jobs and Education Requirements
Positions are open at NCCIA for technical, clerical, and field jobs. The required education ranges from matriculation to graduation. The vacancies include 48 Sub-Inspector posts, 36 Assistant Sub-Inspector posts, 1 Stenotypist post, 6 Upper Division Clerk posts, 15 Assistant Sub-Inspector posts, 174 Constable posts, and 64 Constable Driver posts. A few technical posts require qualifications in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, software engineering, digital forensics, telecom or electrical engineering, and data science. The age limit for all the positions is 18-25 years. The candidates must fulfil the other requirements too.
Physical Test Requirements
Some of the posts also require candidates to pass a physical fitness test. These include Sub Inspector, Assistant Sub Inspector, Constable, and Constable Driver positions. Male candidates must complete a 1.6-kilometer race in seven minutes, while female candidates must finish it in ten minutes. Male candidates must be at least 5 feet 6 inches tall, with a chest size of 33 to 34.5 inches. These requirements are separate from the NCCIA Government Data Leak Case.
How to Apply for NCCIA Jobs 2026
Candidates can apply online through the NPFTAS job application portal. An application fee of Rs 2,000 is required for each post. Those applying for more than one position must submit a separate application and pay the fee for each post. The recruitment process is separate from the NCCIA Online Child Safety Case.
