Focus on Speed, Transparency, and Access
The digital system made sure money was sent quickly and safely to the right people. Using technology also helped reduce delays and made the whole process clearer and more transparent. Recent fuel policy updates, including Govt Cuts Petrol Levy by Rs80, Price drops to Rs378 Per Litre, also reflect ongoing efforts to provide relief to the public.
This method also made it easier for many people to receive payments without paperwork or long processes.
Government Highlights Role of Digital Finance
Federal Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication Shaza Fatima Khawaja said that digital finance is important for everyone and should be accessible to all citizens. She also highlighted reforms such as the Digital Fuel Management System to Be Enforced Nationwide with Vehicle Quotas, which aim to improve fuel distribution through a more organized and technology-based system.
She said JazzCash is playing an important role in the Fuel Package 2026. She added that this effort shows how technology can support public welfare and deliver real benefits to people across Pakistan.
JazzCash CEO Murtaza Ali said the company is proud to support this national program. He explained that when people are facing financial pressure, timely support is very important.
He also said that JazzCash has a strong network of over one million Raast QR merchants and agents. This network helps send payments quickly, safely, and to the right people.
To help users, JazzCash has launched a dedicated helpline (0800-00444). This service is for confirmed beneficiaries who are assigned to JazzCash for account setup and wallet activation.
The company said it can only help people who have been officially approved by the government. For full details about eligibility and registration, citizens should check official government sources.
