Omoda & Jaecoo has officially announced that the Jaecoo J6 REEV Pakistan launch will happen in the coming month. Recently, the firm announced on its social media account that something was “Coming soon!” with an image of an automobile sketch. It was noticed that the sketch of the automobile seemed identical to the existing model named Jaecoo J6, which can be found in Pakistan as an electric vehicle. After that, Omoda & Jaecoo officially declared that the upcoming vehicle will be the Jaecoo J6 REEV.

Jaecoo J6 REEV Pakistan Launch Set for This Month

The upcoming SUV will be launched with an RWD setup in Pakistan. In contrast to the full-electric Jaecoo J6, the next REEV car has a range-extender electric vehicle setup. With the help of such technology, the car can run on electric power, and, at the same time, it allows for an extended driving range. The Jaecoo J6 REEV shares a similar design and most features with the electric version already available in Pakistan. The model is also available in several international markets. For example, it is available in Thailand under the name of Jaecoo 6T REEV. The very same powertrain in China is sold as the iCAR 03T REEV.

Jaecoo J6 REEV Powertrain

The Jaecoo J6 REEV is provided in various capacities internationally. In Thailand, the vehicle is available in rear-wheel drive (RWD) and four-wheel drive (4WD). In the case of the rear-wheel drive variant, the battery pack capacity is 33.67 kWh. It delivers a maximum of 252 horsepower and 300 Nm of torque. With respect to the electric driving capacity, it covers a distance of 190 kilometers on the NEDC cycle. With the help of the range extender system, the driving range increases up to 800 kilometers. The RWD variant can attain an acceleration speed of 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds, whereas the 4WD variant can attain an acceleration of 100 km/h in 5.5 seconds.

The Jaecoo J6 REEV comes with a wide range of comfort, technology, and safety features. With respect to the international variant, the SUV offers modern technology for both drivers and passengers.
