- Be a regular student of a college or university approved by HEC.
- Have a valid domicile in Punjab.
- Have a valid motorcycle license or a learner’s license.
- Don’t have a registered motor vehicle.
- Each family can get only one electric bicycle, regardless of how many brothers and sisters qualify for it.
